Interesting. Useful for face-tanking cavalry like Attila, and he's not used too much for his damage much anyway. U r wrong here. Mocte is best suited to be back and deal dmg instead of tanking. His skills make it worth more if he stays alive longer. Yeah, that's why trading off additional damage to cav for more survivability against cavs isn't a bad trade-off. I don't know which part you disagreed with my statement, i guess the part when i said about facetanking. I didn't mean he should be going in the front lines(but there might be big brain strats where you can do that in PVP or Ai controlled battles), but is rather simply an observation. There would be situations where you can be risky and place him in front of a cavalry unit for positional advantage, or when you can afford him be isolated in cavalry heavy territory and not waste a turn or 2 in rescuing him.

6 star Moctezuma loses his bonus against cavalry and gets a trait that reduces damage against cavalry instead. Interesting. Useful for face-tanking cavalry like Attila, and he's not used too much for his damage much anyway. stoic spotted this and left him at 5* in at least one game. It depends on his role in your team: if he's anti-cav then leave at 5*, if he's for general support and healing move up to 6*. Eventually 5* becomes too weak for Arena though.

I don't think the anti-cavalry part is too much of a demerit when you can get more stats+ more bulkiness against cavalry. So his damage goes up against other classes, while being more sturdy for support. But that saves medals as well, so economically speaking it, not upgrading him to 6* and keeping his anti-cav is medal efficient.

I still keep mine at level 50. But probably I will promote him to lvl 60 some day, because I still don't know how to approach Loki in this mission when we can't attack him close hand.

In addition to that, perhaps 6* for ArchCom and 5* for others? The commanders should be able to make up for that loss.

It's last Bismarck mission in industrial hard mode.
I tried to use all my archers available - but not only there are walls around Loki, there are also other walls and towers, so you can't use say all 8 archers at once.
I finished all objectives, but still wasn't able to kill Loki even for one star - I got him only to 25k life during last turn.
Honestly, there must be some hidden switch somewhere to lower his life to 17k instead of 70k :-)

Which mission is that, and do you have awakened Pachi? I haven't played it yet, actually. But there were several reports of it. It is indeed this last hard German mission. I hoped you played it with your old team already.

I hoped you played it with your old team already. It took 3 attempts, and only 1*, but it is done 2nd attempt 22 turns required for 3* Video to follow... Edit: Damn, the video hasn't recorded, must've been too long. I'll record another when I get there in my current game.

"Super team" used was: Barb, Richard, Caesar; Nobby, Nelson, Li, Pachi, Jebe; Li S & Heihachiro.

i cannot kill endboss loki either. even if you take all key points he still has around 66k hp you have to kill him in 22 rounds to get 3 star. lol. not even 1 star possible. so there must be something hidden or its buggy. so scenario bug must be fixed. @ iron duke. i am ash in youtube...on your channel there

For Hohenzollern I went after the enemies at the west first, northwest second, then under the castle to the southeast, east, and over the water to Loki. I don't know how it could be done without at least 2 archer commanders (I used 3), but I do feel I can improve by sending some troops south earlier.
