Trust me, stoic is gonna say EW5. Guy's been playing it since release and is still playing it now. The only thing i dislike about stoic is how he didn't recommend EW5 to me 2 years ago, would've changed a lot of my decisions 2 years ago. Oh, yeah, it's my fault now I mean, why not. You knew how good it was, but you refused to share it's beauty to me. Then again, EW5 wasn't as updated 2 years ago. But i still would have liked it despite that fact. Also, much easier to blame others than to blame yourself .

Oh, yeah, it's my fault now Tell us, EW5 or GoG2...which is harder? GoG2 is an impossible game to beat as a f2p player. ET haven't made any secret out of it. If you won't buy all these p2w vehicles you will stuck in one Alien mission or the other even if your father is Albert Einstein and your mother - Magnus Carlsen Your life will be more miserable than before My advice will be quite different though. Try to set a new serious goal and to achieve it. Learn French or German, find and study all available sources about WW1, master 3D programming... Most likely you just need a new challenge in your life.

Uh...I don't understand. You mean you recovered from anxiety after playing EW5? That was a joke, i never had anxiety . It does help lighten the mood every time i play EW5. Yesterday tho, i got frustrated with Ragnarok, basically a newly implemented conquest. Was fun after i beat it . Just try the game out, you won't regret it.

Actually, ET games are quite good for stabilising our mental health but only under one, I would say, very important but often underestimated condition. You have to complete them to evaluate your time investments as satisfying. The bane of our time is inability of many players to go to the end. They lose interest somewhere in the middle of the game, or find an increased difficulty frustrating and give up without trying to overcome the new challenge. Psychologically it is a very dangerous habit, because subconsciously we don't like to see ourselves as inept to solve even the easiest problems in our life. It may lead to some negative consequences in the long run.

That said, you bet i'll 100% complete EW5, then start again.

You are not the first EW5 is a very addictive game Too addictive apparently. I'll burn out eventually, but it'll take a while. Even then,it will be one of those games where i'll keep playing from time to time. Still need to try out infantry comm, Caesar and Richard, my theoretical mixed comp, no purple and gold general run, only purple and gold General run, and a "only generals given for free" run. Purely f2p for more fun. Maybe we should be doing things like that rather than conquest records. More long term, but more fun. And we can still keep ragnarok records

You can never escape the grasp of EW5. Iron Duke has accepted it. It's like air: you think you can hold your breath for a while, but the more you do, the more you want that air inside your lungs. Just like EW5 . The one negative of EW5 is that it killed my motivation to play GCR. I was planning for a conquest record comeback, i had detailed notes on the turn counts required, then i decided to play EW5 and the time i spent on planning those are now wasted. I still want to finish the 1914 guide and finish the conquest records there. But yeah, i'll be staying in EW5 with Iron Duke.

As for GOG2, it's so fun at first, until you get to aliens.
