My turn! I posted questions about EW4 in another awfull forum where all the posts didn't appear untill a moderator approved them,kanue knows of this! The posts sometimes were on hold for several days and half the time wouldn't even appears at all.It was frustrating, I wanted answers and I wanted to chat about the game and I couldn't do either. Then I go to Easytech official English web site but there was very little activity there (sherman,monty were there..).I was amazed that such a great game with so many downloads in google store had so few fans and no good forums anywhere in the western world.Easytech official site was ok but that's not a really good site for in depth guides with pictures ect.. I decided it was time to change that,that if no one built a good place for Easytech games then I would do it myself,and so this forum was born. I hooked up with proboards (the company that hosts the forums) rushed a few guides and spread the word about our site spamming everywhere more or less I knew almost no CSS or html (still the case now),or how to customize anything web site related,so I often just get expert help from others and use automated software and plugins written by others that are willing to share their work from standard library. I make no money from the site but it also cost me nothing to run,I just have to run the ads though. One day,I'll retire from this fun project and probably just hand out the forum to the next willing and able moderator to take the helm,and teach him/her how to do this.(it's not hard it just takes time). For now I intend on covering any Easytech game and possibly even other war games if they are of high quality. Now you know my side of the story,the whole thing started out of frustration but then eventually turned into an experiment of sort,a challenge and a fun project. |

One thing is what I wanna say, DON'T RETIRE PLEASE ;( I can't see anyone retiring from the forum, secondly yeah that forum you mentioned, I visited it too and came from there, the official site of the games is total crap, they don't even bother about announcing their games
Again, don't retire, I can't see such stuff (am I being emotional?).

Ha thank,I said one day,sometimes in the future,not now,not soon.I am still learning a lot,and running the forum and constantly trying to improve it is one of my best hobbies now so I am not going anywhere. I still play WC3 and EW4 on a regular basis and the next tittle from Easytech will be here eventually and we'll get to do it all over again  |
