Right， I guess you get nobility points for killing the commander and rank points for damage. What if you do 100 damage to a single formation militia? I think it counts the damage given not received， but that's just a hunch from watching Lan build up rank quickly.

Seems like a rank grind would just be a double armored car mowing down militia，lol.
