Basically when I first tried the game I started buying generals with the medals(This was before I found out about the ET community), So basically I have mistakes and am having doubts if I will be able to do anything or not.

I don't see any critical mistake so far. Yes, a couple of dubious moves, but you are still in the game with several excellent generals at your disposal. Roko, Vatutin, Gudi are top class generals and you can easily build up your team around them.

stoic , The thing is I can't seem to pass the pacific war campaigns, at least perfectly, So I am doubting if I had any mistakes. But if it is alright which gen should I buy and for which side, Both the axis and allies are difficult for so far, So if you could tell me which side of the campaign is easy and tell me which gen should I buy It would be really helpful

Also thanks for the reply, was starting to think I wouldn't be able to do much in it, also thought I wouldn't be able to do the campaigns like wc4 and eu6:1914

Also thanks for the reply, was starting to think I wouldn't be able to do much in it, also thought I wouldn't be able to do the campaigns like wc4 and eu6:1914 No problem 👍 and welcome. Here I completed my second run recently and I wrote all my decisions and explanations down, so, perhaps it could be useful to a certain extent european-war-4.boards.net/thread/15813/complete-gog3-relative-easeOn a general note, don't try to complete all Pacific missions with 3 stars right now. If you unlock new chapters you'll get new free generals, new special forces etc. That will make your life significantly easier and you can perfectly beat these campaigns afterwards. Don't underestimate the Navy. I think that both Doenitz and Nagumo are of great help at some point, but most of the time one Admiral is enough. I would say Doenitz is choice number one. You will need good Artillery generals and obvious choice - Govorov and Leeb respectively (though I personally prefer Badoglio). You definitely should get Rommel sooner or later. As for infantry just get Yamashita or Kuribayashi as Axis generals and MacArthur or Slim as Allied ones. Some players struggle to use cheap substitutes, so someone will probably say that MacArthur and Yamashita/Rundstedt are far superior options, but again it is a debatable question. Add Nimitz at some point and you'll have a good team to complete all campaigns. To compensate your losses in medals just play Army groups. They are quite easy after finding common patterns and you can increase your funds significantly.

Hmmm your lineup tbh pretty good but if North Africa first then Pacific War it will become better but as we knew Pacific first then Africa. I will say you kinda lack of Infantry general on Pacific, sure Model can be but ehh having Yamashita, kuribayashi, or Rundy will be a great help. For The part where you only have Ozawa as Naval general this can be compensated with upgrading your naval tech to at least lvl 4

Thanks both of you and don't worry will upgrade my navy lvl 4 tomorrow with the daily rewards, also ye will get an inf for ally and arty for axis but it will take some time before I get there, so I am thinking of getting Mac Arthur and speed all the allied campaigns, then some grinding and will get leeb, so until I get leeb I will use bock or braustich, is this method fine, if not tell me one... also this should be the last question

Another thing: this game is not as tank-heavy as WC4, so it will be worth it to invest in a balanced lineup.

And probably there are many possible ways to improve your team immediately. Just take one path and follow it. And don't be shy to ask questions. It is a good way to increase your experience and to solve many puzzles.
