Isn't it the one with +7 damage if I am not wrong? I love Guerilla's reduction from artilleries damage. Yeah but it's not like that you would suffer from artilleries damage a lot,unless you doing a nearly unkillable general by art strat on which you stack cover perk from infantry + guerrila reduction + camouflage skill to have 80% reduction on artillery and 30% air reduction |

They both have their pros and cons. It's like Guderian and Rommel, even if you think one is better doesn't mean you shouldn't buy the other. |
