My forces move to Madrid to await the supplies arriving from France. All of my tanks will be upgraded and a part of artillery will be replaced by the heavy guns. I request the use of Madrid's factories and barracks to upgrade and train my troops Captain . We are very happy to hear this, Every French soldiers are greeted and welcomed by our civillians😃 With French interest, we will begin to specialize French divisions but before we want to know how many units are been shipped to our mainland I have 75 tanks, 100 armored vehicles and 100 artillery and 10,000 infantry. |

After the capture of Pamplona and Logroño, the Anarchist militia begins a new offensive. 15,000 militia fighters attack San Sebastián. After capturing tye city they will march to Biskaia and Gipuzkoa to make contact with the provinces. 10,000 fighters both attack the cities of Victoria-Gasteiz and Miranda de Ebro. 15,000 from Logroño march south to meet with Captain's forces in Soria and completely encircle the province of Zaragoza. I need you to send all forces to Belaeres. The Republics currently have us outnumbered, so an attack on their rear is necessary. After the first gains are made, I shall attack with my forces at their southern border, their least defended area. Hopefully we can gain troops from capture as fast as they are killing them.
Use Italy's forces as well to support us. To get to Belaeres you will have to travel through Italy, and then go by sea.

(due to the upcoming hell,which I said in the quoted spoiler) But before, May be the Africans are not aware, if they annex any country/state and if they succed to capture their targeted enemy units and soldiers. It doesn't means that those captured soldiers or (fallen/surrendered soldiers, units) will join those Africans force Isn't it? This rules were also strictly implied in previous RP's (especially in 1942 WW2 RP) So I think, we don't need to intervene if the Africans take over the rest of the states because then it will be more easier for us to defeat their 30,000 soldiers (sorry) it will be 25,000 soldiers (TOLEDO attack of Shrimant Peshwa Madhavrao Bhat) than the combined forces(rebels) (Africans are not aware of this, so no need to inform this rule to them) But if such rules are no more applicable now, then we seriously have to take action |

We begin to specialize French divisions to be lethal against the enemy infantries and rebels(infantry attack bonus,20%in page 20; 45% in page 21; 60% in page 22) We will practice Military, Armored, Artilleries, Aviation and Naval units joint exercise in the very page We will be glad to ask Eugene V. Debs, Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov, Shrimant Peshwa Madhavrao Bhat, rommel to participate in this drill(just leave a like), our soldiers will be more experienced and would get more attack bonus (The practice will be going secretly,so we prefer don't want to say anything more about it) |

Comité de Information is created to regulate media. All media outlets will have to register themselves on official list of the committee. Anything to get published in media will require permission from the committee. Committee will have power to punish those who refuse to follow the rules.
Comité de Seguridad Pública is created to protect the people of Málaga from internal enemies. Committee can prosecute anyone it suspects of being threat to the Republic without any trial.
Comité de Educación is created to regulate the schools.
Comité de Comercio is created to regulate trade. "Private trade" is an illegal offences. People can only trade with the "Public Shops" run by officials appointed by the committee.
Comité de Religión is created to regulate the religious institutions. All religious institutions are to be registered with the Committee and all religious officials will require certificate from the committee to perform their duties, to prevent another counter revolution.

Provincial Deputation of Málaga is suspended indefinitely, it will be replaced by a provisional government consisting of Provincial Governor* and Provincial Council - 102 members**.
Comrade Luigi Longo was unanimously elected the provincial governor by the council.
