What time frame or era should the war be in?
Colonial times: An idea I had would be to colonize the Americas, whoever can colonize the most if someone does not win through conquest wins!

Napoleonic era is more Talleyrands thing, so no Napoleonic era.

I claim TW12 after Bismarck, Khurram, and Talleyrand. It shall be the Scramble for Africa, similar to yours if you do colonization of Americas. I'm just better with the Victorian age than the colonization of Americas (despite the fact that I'm American  ) |

He can do all of that, but I would not recommend doing the last point as then you take a side when you're neutral. And I like to do the events personally.

An idea I had just now: Revolution events can happen to any country if you upset your colonies. If these colonies succeed in breaking from the mother country, they can be player controlled.
