At this moment, my team has 6 generals, include my hero, and I have 473 medals.
1) My hero is infantry Commander with skills : infantry commander, shieldwall, ambush and counter attack. His rank right now is General
2) Five other generals are: Arminius, Vercingetorix, Mithridates, Cleopatra and Pacorus
So :
1) Does my hero skills is good. Should I need to change any one of it?
2) Should I save medals to buy another generals like Belisarius, Octavian , ect , or buy famed items and upgrade my recents team?

For maximum damage, IC, Roar, JF, and Siege/Intercept, but I suggest SW for the last skill because of IC. I gave the mask to Belisarius, it's not a great artifact, but it provides 10 defense and no fire damage, which I think is useful for fast cavalry, but that may be contested by some other members. Potentially Mithridates would also be a good recipient, to maybe get more defense, but I got mine the Golden Wing, but you don't have it. I actually say Cavalry Commander, but Archer is fine, seeing as not many archers are fast. If you have enough scrolls, sure. |

I don't have experience with item rankings, but I say get them when you feel safe with your lineup/have medals to spare. All are nice, but some are locked behind ranks, so beware. Buy them according to your generals' needs, like how I got Mith VI Golden Wings because archers are slow. Skillwise, no, 4 universal skills is almost always going to be worse than 4 focused ones. Earlier, it may help. Later (when you can afford 2-3 generals), you will have generals to use. Statwise, nothing wrong about it. You don't lose anything by investing in stats. |

You can put a banner to the top left corner, like the Banner of Vulcan, which you get from Hero Legend, but that's not essential early on. Bottom left corner is for the normal items and top right corner for artifacts like the Pharaoh's mask. The bottom right corner is for the beast gems you get from Hero Legend. |

So for example, if you give level 5 banner of Jupiter Pompey, he will habe infantry tactics and Shield Wall as talents. If you give max level banner of Apollo to Huo, he will have two Cavalry Tactics, so 2× +10% crit rate. I don't how does ET add that up in game though. |
