People need several months to work out their idea in full, especially if they're trying to do something completely different (Working out the politics factor of TW14 isn't instantaneous), but there should be limits to how far out you can claim. I'd say the 6 after the current (up to 16 ATM) is as far as we should claim I got my entire war idea, its framework, countries and tech in like a month before I announced the war as "playable" so yeah, 16 should be the limit, after then should more claims start... (IMO) |

The average war takes a month to be planned and a month to run, so the sixteenth (example) might come after 10 months+ (which is a lot of time!)
