Surely the Ganjing Sword is now essential/tier 1? Besides its level 1 stats, it's now the best healing item in the game. Maxed cav Commander makes even the Tutankhamon Dagger good. Tutankhamon Dagger plus Golden Spear in a single item? Yes please.
I have a question about how crit rate is calculated. Augustus rank gives +8%, Apollo banner gives +10%, Assault +25%, Ganjing Sword and Golden Spear 15% each. Does this all add up for +73% crit rate, or is there multiplication involved?

It is for sure clearly in the top 3, so I think you're right, I'll change it to tier 1. I haven't completely decided on anything yet about the other items too, I did the tier division roughly from the top of my mind to make it easier to work on it afterwards. I'm not sure, but I believe they all add up.

Can you please edit your main thread to use a better colour palette that makes up more sense?
How come red is the best, but green is both "Good" and "Unnecessary", blue being "Excellent" and yellow "Moderately useful"?
You could do purple-dark blue-lightblue-yellow-orange-red, darkgreen-green-yellow-lightred-darkred or blue-green-yellow-orange-red, or whatever, but anything that can follow a color pattern, so that we don't have to keep on checking what each colour is.
Last, IK you mention about not having added tier 2 in a bunch of them, but I think as the guide is pinned, that it should be done also, so I'm asking also to please add this.
I thank you for the guide, but some small additions could make it way better.

I know red is usually the worst colour, and for that reason I chose a more pinkish colour than a normal bright red. Unnecessary is supposed to be grey. If you find it difficult, I could change the pink to a more purplish colour, but the purple generally used here is imo too similar to dark blue. 2. Yes of course.

Since there is no international standard of color coding , something like this could also work, it doesn't need colors and you could have 6 tiers (5-0 stars) ★☆☆☆☆

Kliment Jefremovitš Vorošilov, with the most recent update, the IAP individual items have got a third upgrade level, including a 50% PERCENT CHANCE Sentry for Shield of Achilles.

I'm having confusion on Tutankhamun's dagger and Caduceus. They are currently on Pompey and Belisarius respectively (He has level 2 riding master). But Tut's dagger has more potential on Belisarius, which would mean sacrificing mobility and undermining riding master. So, what should I do? And I also need to do like 250 damage per round to make it justified on Belisarius.

And I also need to do like 250 damage per round to make it justified on Belisarius. Beli, especially with elite armor, has all the mobility he needs. You're only sacrificing one tile and most of the time you won't even use that effectively. Maxed Beli easily averages 250 damage. Bear in mind that he'll often give you two or even four hits plus a good crit rate. And you can always smack some poor unsuspecting light infantry for extra health. Pompey is tanky but by endgame standards has low damage output, so he's a terrible choice for Tut's Dagger. On the other hand, Caduceus fits his usage quite well. I'd make the switch.
