My question is that with those medals, which one should I get? Rommel, Patton or Guderian?

You are purchasing 3600 medals? Don't do that, buy Manstein, and use him to get more medals for Guderian.

One postive thing about purchasing a marshal instead of some medals is if you restart, you keep the shiny marshal but you don't keep your medals.
I could be wrong. I haven't spent a cent myself, but I did see this mentioned in a thread somewhere here.
