In fact,this apk isn't a mod, and can only be used on android.But you can use this apk to modify everything such as general's skill,stars,price,items and so on. And you don't need to root. You only need a "root explore" or "mtguanliqi" in Fritz's link.

Hi! I'm not a fan of cheating but this mod is my only hope to reach the third level generals. You see, for some weird reason when I finalized the HRE campaign I didn't got the emblem even when I'm fulfilling every battle with 5 stars. And in the other hand I'm still not getting the last two princess even finishing the European map in 26 turns and good economics. So I would really appreciate if you post the images of the lasts steps to replace the "lib" folder and to save the apk after all the changes. I'm stuck in the last step you posted because I just don't realize how to replace the "lib" folder and to save the modified apk with this Chinese tool. I would really appreciate your help Fritz. Thanks.

Can someone translate ALL the download how to's??? I just acquired a Tab4 and would like to get at least all the slots.
I tried one DL and got a message it could damage my devise and I sure as heck don't want that!
So far not a single glitch or crash,just takes getting used to the small screen.

for some reason aft I replaced the lib and installed the app the changes are not there
