If we can achieve domination before Avars' arrival do we have to fight with them nonetheless or not? You don't, if I'm not wrong. They're not a belligerent on the map at that point. Perhaps someone can play an Ostrogoth or either Byzantine conquest and share? |

It is definitely possible to meet all requirements before turn 30 as Byzantium. |

As people find out, if your generals enter enemy/ally territory, you will boost their income.

I unfortunately defeated/allied all other tribes 1 turn after the avers arrived. So, I now have to deal with a stupidly large army while most of my generals are in Africa.
