Usually in ET games it is impossible to get a fully upgraded general until late in the game. But EW7 is different in this respect. Let's compare our generals at their heights.

Thank you, my liege I’ve passed many hard missions with those Vikings. Halfdan is also a good infantry general with a decent skill. Have you tried transforming Aetius in a ranged general? He can attack 4 times or maybe five with Belisarius’ help (I used waraxecavalry, woad riders and Ravenna elite). |

I wanted to give a purpose to those units I didn’t use, because I saw Robin Hood drastically dealing more damage with 1 woad and 2 ravennee (even if I used 3 Ravennas). The fact is I have a mere lvl4 woad and lvl3 war axe and this will lead to survivability problems... |

Impressive. I'm a bit stingy, so I've left every unique item to lvl9 and I gave him since the beginning a green gallic warhorse  . It would be interesting to see the real difference between a lvl9 and lvl10 unique item. Can you post a screen shot with 2 noble cavalry, 1 legion spearman on Belisarius first mission? |
