stoic , What is the equipment You are using with Your Simeon? PS: Was Alexios I buffed by giving him Rapid March? He could be a very good candidate for Elephant/Camel cavalry focused general. I've made my Simeon "Richard-lite". When fully upgraded his cavalry points will be 70 or so. Before they nerfed "charging cavalry expert" his overall crit rate increase was 15%, now only 10%. It is still 95% with cataphracts, but not 100% probability anymore. Yet, I think Norman war horse is still a good item for him As far as I remember, Alexios always had Rapid march.

Gentlemen, it's time to sum-up the recent "adjustments" Easytech made. I repeated all the initial tests on Alfred, Basil II and, of course, Swageon of Bulgaria . My units are: lvl9 Noble Cavalry and lvl6 Legion Spearmen. 1)Alfred with unique shield lvl9 and gallic horse 2)Basil II with purple horse and lvl5 "Immortality" 3)Simeon with blue horse(that one that boosts charging rate) and "Immortality"

Hello dear medieval fellas I want to show you some interesting comparison with ElCid. I can say one should call him "El Chad" due to his multi-role playability. Tests are made on Cnut hero legends chapter 3.2 easy This is him with lvl9 Alfred's unique and purple horse Now with just Tizona lvl6 and green sword (+15 inf pts)

I’ve put Simeon on 3 Noble Cavalry and he can perform triple charge 1/3 times. It’s pretty amusing tbh

It would be interesting to see the real difference between a lvl9 and lvl10 unique item. As you all know I'm so stingy I only level up my special hero items only to level nine. mrvije some time ago posted some interesting tests, helping me and us all to solve this hamletic dubt: "To go straight to level 10 or maybe not?" He posted some screenshots of Alfred with 2 noble cavalry, 1 legion spearman on Belisarius first mission, both in easy and hard mode. Please enjoy and thank you mrvije 1)EASY 2)HARD

Here you are a Simeon on triple Noble Cavalry lvl 11 with a lvl 9 "Immortality" and that blue horse that boosts charging rate. The map is Cnut hard mode 3.2 Enjoy

Interesting, it seems like the triple Noble Calvary don't actually add that much damage!
I think it must be better to mix units then... although for Richard I wonder if there is any combination that can beat triple Templars damage.

I think Cav points add damage and Simeon lacks this advantage. He has 70 cav pts vs the over 120 of Richard. If you want to experiment some variation, feel free to post any screenshot down below

Capability), the armor (15% damage reduction), or the book of tactics (+15% damage). For pure damage I can't decide whether the horse or the book of tactics is better....

I’d suggest the armour, because you will get a more tanky general that already has a lot of attack. With book you could deal 300 damage more on triple templars and with horse you’ll get a max of +8 damage (I saw you get 1 attack each 3 cav points, but I could be wrong; andrei knows more about).
