I will update the Pic with the price once the update is released. In any case, he seems really good! Not as good as Cnut, but better than Belisarius or any gold general. Fantastic Active, excellent stats, infinite morale and pretty good damage. The one thing that hamstrings him is the lack of an item, and, If you buy his item, the fact that he is saddled (pardon the pun) with Teutonic Knights when he is clearly meant for Infantry.
Another thing is that he has the lowest rank you can get while still having three soldier slots, which is something we can all appreciate.

Decent general, everything about him from his item to his skills suggest he's an infantry general but his unique unit is melee cavalry which sucks.
He can be a pretty good support tho with calmness and leadership but with the abundance of good infantry generals and his niche of being a moral general I'd give him a 3.5 in terms of viability but the awesome art definitely gives him a solid 4.

The fact that his weapon is a p2w item weakens his potential for F2P players. But his active skill on 3 turns cooldown is definitely an interesting tactical instrument on many occasions.
If I had access to advanced rewards I would give him 4 without delay. But I don't have, so only 3.
My forecast is that we buy him anyway, because of his special chapter.

Having a special unit that is tier 6 is good only for IAPS since they give it to you
Having to grind for it is a gigantic pain
Calmness is one of the best abilities in the game and he can max it out to every 2 turns

Baldwin is a better cavalry general, but I will buy him just for hero legend.
