Rumor isn't too good, reserve isn't even a navy skill. In comparison, Naval Gun Strike is great and logistics is decent.

Yes very cheap Josip Broz Tito, isn't bad for a beginners and maybe experienced player yeah. For a price of 185 medals, you'll get +16dmg +8hp per round, and +8hp is pretty fun to use yes |
