The new conquest looks interesting. Seems like a finale team up thing because of the former enemies becoming allies. It gonna feel odd seeing Rome fighting on the same side as Carthage, Huns, Hans. For once, these nations are working together for the a common purpose. This truly feels like a epic tale.
I am taking the 10 badges for 120 medals everyday. Its too good to pass.

Haven't found the time and motivation yet to tackle the latest challenges but your words might change that Epic war is actually the best game mod so far. It’s not auto, and the inability to recruit units is a nice twist.

Having played the Punic Wars with Carthage close to 10 times just for fun - like Deleted said, it is a very fun conquest to do - it is refreshing to get to play Carthage again, but with more challenge and a different map and enemies.

A very difficult question, it is certain that in 4 turns all temples produce monsters, but some temples in 6 turn produce monsters with one legion, in 8 turn again some temples produce monsters, while other temples produce monsters in 9 turn. At one point the temples will produce monsters every 2 turns. There are also Big Boss monsters (Dragon, Horus ...), they are created in the city, how and when, I have no idea.

Tested with 2 temples up until turn 25 4,6,9,15,19,23 4,8,16,21 Were the turns that enemies appeared Replayed until turn 10 and it was completely similiar Also at some point(around turn 80 i think) temples stop spawning enemies Maybe this is fixed or has to do something with number of cities they have under control(probably not) Also there's the first wave of gods (6 total)that spawns between 10-30 and have half hp compared to second wave which spawns between 20-50 approximately (First wave barbarian king has 1400 hp while secind one has something near 3k) It seems no matter what you do it becomes a slaughterfest i completed parthia in about 100 turns if im not mistaken while destroying one out of six factions by turn 6(by capturing all of their cities temples and units will disappear)and donating 1500 something to allies just so they could survive until i reach the other end of the map All in all it was very tiresome and rewards weren't good enough either Don't see why you should bother doing it tbh

Would be cool if we got a few purple gems and pure metals for beating it with each country and some items/artifacts for first 1/2/3 star clear - like in earlier conquests.

Yeah, it's weird that they stopped making achievements. There are no achievements for Hero Legend, the Hun conquest and the two newest campaigns.

It's not that boring now that i've played a bit more. Had some fun playing as britons. It's not that hard like most of EW6's challenge conquests but it's hard enough that doesn't kill the fun though playing 80 something turns as every country can be somewhat repetitive. Hopefully they will do something like this in EW7 as well.

In WC3 you can prevent them from spawning by occupying the city. And then in EW6 (not quite sure about WC4) easytech developed a countermeasure by not fixing the location of the spawn.
