IMO Narses second best infantry general. With 3-4 attack per turn, maybe best infantry general now. PS. And bond with Belisarius, 3rd of best infantry general, Narses really best infantry general now. Where Harald Hardrada . Indeed Harald with Beowulf’s horn (and blue Vikings) still remains the Alpha Chad

Knut, Narses, Belisarius, Aetius, and Knuts bond Halfdan and Ivar all the better then Harald.

Info page his unique weapon. Cool 📕, main question why morale, administration of course need for him, but morale, better +40 ranged capability, or +22% damage increase.

Sviatoslav I Igorevich, morale is a big mystery in EW7. Hopefully it will play serious role in the endgame. But I start to doubt. For now, taking into account the way we play, morale is almost useless. Enemies have no enough possibilities to lower the morale of our generals in the way we could suffer from the penalties. And increasing starting (base) morale gives almost nothing in terms of getting to the point You receive bonus. You literally can't start with bonus and getting to the limit where bonus is received is almost the same whether Your starting morale is 100 or 200 points. Doesn't matter. Bad designed mechanic.

Yeah, administration and morale not so important now, maybe later ET upgrade this mechanics.
