Definitely won't get it anytime soon yuanzhong , have you unlocked it? My guess, andrei was right... It will be a pain to get for f2p players... Yes, it is basically end-game item for most of the players...

That sucks , well at least Charles' weapon is obtainable and I wonder if he can reach level 4 charge cav expert if we stack his unique weapon and Norman horse.

Works with other generals. No reason it won't stack unless You reach level cap.

The ninth campaign is unlocked but some of our units are still lvl 2. When are we allowed to level them up to lvl 15, let alone further? I understand they trying to make campaigns more difficult in such way, but lvl 2 is certainly an overkill.

Holy Roman Empire Crusaders - Turn 12 Might be Turn 10 or 15. Will appear in modern day Bulgaria or northern parts of European Turkey.
French Crusaders - Turn 20 Appears in modern day Greece.
Cuman-Kipchaks - Turn 33 Might be Turn 30 or 35. Appears along the entire stretch of the Caucasus which was blocked off.
Seljuk Empire - Turn 45 Might be triggered by turn count, the fall of Constantinople to the player's hands or the fall of the Sultanate of R没m, or a combination of factors. Appears in parts of modern day Iraq that was blocked off.
The Crusaders cannot be bought off, but the other two can.

I think defeating any or any two of the states that were described as divided portions of Seljuk territory may trigger its entry. Sultanate of R没m, Eldiguzids and Beylik of Anatolia.
Also, France may sail through the Dardanelles Straits if you're playing as a belligerent with land to the north of modern Turkey. Quite surprised to face Philip in the Black Sea as the Beylik.

The Crusaders cannot be bought off, but the other two can. Crusaders can be bribed, it is just super expensive I tried it with French. With Goodwill Ambassador skill it provides positive diplomacy +2/+5 per max bribe. I spent 8000+ for getting to +10 relations, but even with Justinian relations deteriorate by 10 points each turn anyway. But I postponed them to DoW me even though I didn't need it. Just for the experiment.

Btw, ET is trolling us with Richard's behavior in Crusader conquest. I bribed his Expedition and allied them as it is super cheap. But when I asked him to help me against the Byzantines he was chilling for several turns and after that sent his troops. But he himself remained near Jerusalem. Freaking pilgrim
