Btw, ET is trolling us with Richard's behavior in Crusader conquest. I bribed his Expedition and allied them as it is super cheap. But when I asked him to help me against the Byzantines he was chilling for several turns and after that sent his troops. But he himself remained near Jerusalem. Freaking pilgrim POV: Saladin and Richard became friends, cancelling the third crusade, saving Barbarossa, and allowing Richard to go home earlier than Philip

Holy Roman Empire Crusaders - Turn 12 Might be Turn 10 or 15. Will appear in modern day Bulgaria or northern parts of European Turkey. French Crusaders - Turn 20 Appears in modern day Greece. Cuman-Kipchaks - Turn 33 Might be Turn 30 or 35. Appears along the entire stretch of the Caucasus which was blocked off. Seljuk Empire - Turn 45 Might be triggered by turn count, the fall of Constantinople to the player's hands or the fall of the Sultanate of Rûm, or a combination of factors. Appears in parts of modern day Iraq that was blocked off.
The Crusaders cannot be bought off, but the other two can. Crusaders can be bribed, it is just super expensive I tried it with French. With Goodwill Ambassador skill it provides positive diplomacy +2/+5 per max bribe. I spent 8000+ for getting to +10 relations, but even with Justinian relations deteriorate by 10 points each turn anyway. But I postponed them to DoW me even though I didn't need it. Just for the experiment. seljuk can not be bribed when playing county of tripoli. in turn you can bribe crusaders who of course are your allies.

When I was playing Abbasids they appeared right after I conquered Ayyubids.

When I was playing Abbasids they appeared right after I conquered Ayyubids. And when I was playing Sultanate of Rum they didn't appear at all. Probably the destruction of Rum is a trigger.

Did you ally with the Ayyubid Dynasty though? I've played Zengid and Ayyubid and they've appeared both times. For Zengid they appeared when I destroyed Ayyubid For Ayyubid they appeared when I destroyed Zengid

Yes I was plying Zengid Dynasty and allied with the England expedition... Richard just sat in front of Jerusalam and did nothing the entire game. I tried requesting them to fight against the Kingdom of Georgia (25% chance) and Holy Roman Empire (18% chance) but none of my donations ever worked The percent chance never increased either which is weird. I wonder if it's because I allied with them on like turn 2-3

In the end, I think the Seljuk Empire can be summoned by destroying certain "breakaway" states, dependencies or successors of the Seljuk, practically everyone apart from the Byzantine Empire, Georgia and Crusaders.
Maybe each summon is dependent on the faction you play as or there is a numerical requirement for the number of destroyed states. What is a guaranteed way is the destruction of either front line state, Rûm and Ayyubid.

I think he is redesigned to have high chance charge cav + elephant archer + camel archer to deal max morale blow. Is his item cav+range?

I would think that he would be better with two archers, and I don't like putting Charge Cav on Archers as I think that they die too easily and fail to protect the Archers.
