Season 1 Mystery Reward reveal:
For the ranking challenger event starting next week, we will randomly select from participants who reach Master, Grandmaster and Challenger ranks to give an event-limited photo frame (With a limited amount on each platform) Therefore if you want to have this special frame in your collection, there's still some time to chase the rank before the event starts!
If I understand it correctly it means in order to pariticpate in the event You need to reach the rank BEFORE the event started. Or it is just their infamous English...

All ET events so far as I disclaim in the first post in page 1 are likely require you to participate in certain platform and have to show your game ID (There maybe automatic joined event, I just don't see any yet for neither EW7 or EW5). In this coming event, they specify Facebook, Twitter, and Discord, which mean you probably need to participate in either of those platforms and post something there in order to get reward. More details will of course reveal when the event does start. Regarding the word "before", personally I believe it's just a wrong choice of expression. They probably mean: you won't able to reach 550 point if you wait until the event start and still have 0 point, you better hurry your lazy a** up and do some skirmishing. I am asking them now, and probably will have answer in 18 hrs  |

wow, ET just replies me, which is quick. The full answer is "There is absolutely no need to over-interpret the relevant descriptions; as previously event preview written, you can just achieve the appropriate ranking at each stage, thats enough" So basically, we just need to make sure we reach master, grand master, challenger within the listed time frame. Just ignore the wording of that season 1 mystery reward |

And for those of you who are not sure whether you want to participate, here are some statistics so you can consider.
Max Point per match = +6 if enemy defense power is >= 150% of your attack power (I haven't verified it yet, as I don't want to waste attempt to challenge player right now, but if you want to challenge yourself, go for it, and let me know the result).
Max attempt per day (using 100 medals to buy 6 extra attempts) = 11 or 13 with Saladin privilege.
So max point per day = 78/66 for absolute hardcore player with/without Saladin.
For regular player like me who only score +4 per match, the max point per day is 52/44 with/without Saladin
You have 7/5 attempt for free per day with/without Saladin. Regular players can able to dish out 28/20 points easily from it daily.
You won't able to reach the score required for the event with free attempt, some medals will need to be spend.
Conclusion:
If you don't like lottery, then the event is not for you.
If you don't want to share your game ID, then the event is not for you.
If you don't want to spend medal, then the event is not for you.
If you like lottery, willing to share your game ID, and can afford to spend 50-100 medals/day for extra attempt, then you should join the event.

As of now, there are about 200 or less registration in Discord. I have no idea regarding other platform (Facebook, Twittter). If there are 200 each, then that is roughly 600 or less participant as of now.
