Even with a contradictory skill for his special unit, at least his Teutonic Axeman is somewhat decent. Worth it if you want to get daily war drums.

Eh, Mediocre. Reduces cost of deployed units. Gets Five War Drums a day. Is best with a Teuton and two Jannisaries. Worst privilege, generally unavailable (but F2P) item. 4 stars as his stats and item are really strong, and he's actually a pretty good admin for city revenue and repair, but his skills are mediocre. Also his Hero Legend is SUPER FUN.

Hey, I just realized that his item is max 40% instead of 20%. This man can reach maximum 75% damage reduction. Props. I will increase my ranking from 3.7 to 4.3.
