Robin Hood is an easy 5/5. His specialized skill set is the best out off any generals in the game at commanding archers surpassing the likes of Attila and El Cid, seriously this guy doesn't have a single bad skill in his repertoire. His main weaknesses are his low title, mediocre item, and status as an IAP.
