Because nobody appears to like maple syrup. I don't mind the syrup but we have syrup from Maine and Michigan, so who needs Canada for the syrup?  Let face it... sooner or later Canada will finally become a part of the USA and your providences will transform into states. (Our governments are becoming more and more alike btw, so it's not a big deal if we do merger in some time later aka EU). ----going to stop now here, I only intended to add to this conversation a perspective of our two countries, not necessarily going into poltics here----- |
