Very good afternoon comrades, once again I need help because I am stuck and I feel that this is necessary to increase the strength of my commander. If anyone knows how to get through this I will be very grateful.

Yea I'm also stuck on this one... it seems like you need to gain control of the archer towers (taking the bottom up path) but it's nearly impossible since any general approaching the turrets will DIE in one turn (you don't even get a chance to use war drums on them ). You have to have strong cannon fodder generals for this level and be willing to sacrifice generals to gain control of the turrets. I haven't beaten this level yet but based on my experience that is what will work best... of course having a lot of war drums also helps!!!

Very good afternoon comrades, once again I need help because I am stuck and I feel that this is necessary to increase the strength of my commander. If anyone knows how to get through this I will be very grateful. Here's how I passed it: take both the northern and southern city (split forces) while staying out of range of the cannon towers. Baldwin can help in the north since there is less space for maneuvering. Team north was Cnut, Narses, Belisarius, Frederick and team south Alfred, Basil, El Cid, Aetius.
Each city will remove some of the impassable terrain. Now take 1-2 turns and place all your units just outside cannon tower range, so that they can move in and attack once in the next turn. If possible, have all their skills available.
Next turn, charge and try to kill at least 3 garrisons (enemy won't replace them). Prioritize the towers in the north and the ones guarded by weak units. The more you kill, the better.
Suffer heavily during enemy turn and try to disable the remaining towers afterwards by using the ones you 'liberated'. If you don't have enough units left (but enough turns) you can also move in, use a tower and move out again.

Appreciate the answer. but this doesn't work. Capturing the cities does NOT remove the impassible terrain in hard move, so you basically have to go through the south and any unit dies in 1 turn. No idea how to get through.

No idea how to get through. You're right, for some reason I didn't read the hard mode. Anyways, the strategy wasn't much different, I used the same team and this time, everyone went to the south, taking the city and castles as fast as possible and without major losses. Then putting Aetius on tile 1 Basil/Cid on 2 and everyone else nearby but outside tower range.
Next turn, kill the 2x ranged cavalry and have Aetius (activate ability) take the tower and use its ability on the V tower next to the III tower and attack to the north. Also have two more of your legions move to the staging areas. (tile 3 can help to draw some of the fire away but only use it if you have a lot of tents). On the enemy's turn, your vanguard will most likely be killed, but you have already disabled one of the towers.
Now repeat this 1-2 more times until there are only two towers left that can attack you before moving in everyone to finish off Saladin with cannon towers. Last thing to do is taking the northern city.
Of course, using drums will help but I think you can't prevent your first two waves from getting killed.
