Recently I've noticed the new gen Henry II. He has lvl 3 charge cav expert meaning he has 10% charge boost, which can be easily increased to 15% through Norman Warhorse. Is he worth buying as a general?

Recently I've noticed the new gen Henry II. He has lvl 3 charge cav expert meaning he has 10% charge boost, which can be easily increased to 15% through Norman Warhorse. Is he worth buying as a general? It is not entirely clear how to use him. As a support general (taking into account his active skill)? But he has good attacking skills to be a passive support general. As an attacking charge cavalry general? But there are better options because Charge cavalry expert alone is not enough to be an effective charger. As a Commander of Melee cavalry? But why do we need his Archer skill and his active skill then? As a Commander of a mixed legion "Archers + Melee cavalry"? But since he doesn't have a special weapon it will be close to impossible to increase his ranged and cavalry points simultaneously. I have a feeling that ET decided what skills to give him by using their favorite method - lottery

Making Henry an attacking cavalry like Richard is not a good idea. It seems to me that a mixed composition of two types of cavalry and mounted archers would be optimal for him. In any case, this is a universal general of the second line, of which there are many in the game. However, it is distinguished from others by a great bond and this may be a reason to buy it. It would be interesting to see his health recovery with a hospitaller, max tent and bond.
