1. I will maintain to my deathbed that Olga is a better Consul than Justinian considering her Admin points combined with the Negotiation Expert IMO beat Lobbyist. 2. Melee Cav are the only Non-Range units that can actually both survive and deal good damage. They are all rounders, which work just as well as the glass cannon charge cav. 3. Well, considering that there are like 6 Premium gens we can get, with only 2 more coming in the near future, You don't even have to be good to be one of the best. All you need is a Hero Legend and an item. Negotiation skill You only need for the turn You negotiate. Just for 1 turn. It can't beat Justinian's every turn relations increase. Just another league. You simply don't need to bribe most of the nations by the end of the conquest with his skill. Just to conclude an agreement. and you dont need either rly for more than a few turns if you have strategist which is the best consul skill and ET purposefully avoided combining it on any gen with another consul skill... if olga had it she would be goat undisputed. at the moment nur din for the win

A strategist is needed at the beginning, mainly for small nations, negotiations are needed at the end, a lobbyist is always needed. Justinian combines the lobbyist with the logistics, which gives a large increase in resources (plus a bond!) and diplomacy points per turn. That allows, in turn, to conclude easy and quick alliances. As an example - in the 4th conquest, I never met the cumans, since I won until the 30th move.

In my opinion: + Attacker (High dmg): Attila, Richard, Saladin. + Support: Charlie, Otto, Mathilda, Olga. + Arthur: We have Justinian I and his lovely Queen. + Best PRIVILIEGE: Richard > Mathilda > Otto > Saladin > Charlie > Attila > Olga = Arthur.

A question about Attilas privilege: What does it mean that "Initial battle recourses doubles"? Which recourses and in which mode (Conquests? Campaigns? Or somewhere else?) Thank you.

For the IAPs, I think the best should be Richard+Gengis You get 110 medals per day (220 with Bonus privilege), and everything can be bought using medal, even silver coins or gems. And the main reason they are best together is their bonds. With the bonds for Charging Cav and Melee Cav which +15 attack/defend and +15 charge/+morale, everything seems easy enough to crush

His privilege increases all the resources in both campaign and conquest and reduces the cost of the generals in tavern.
