Works as long as the poll isn't locked like this one. His privilege is one of the best in terms of direct input-output. His aura was increased from 10% to 20%, dodge ignoring capability from 30% to 50%, and cooldown from 4 turns to 3 turns (at base). He also get a -1 attack mobility cost, but it cannot be used with Desperate Wager. That's the improvement given by the skin. Not a big leap, but cannot be ignored. He's closer to an MR+IBC combination, with aura when he uses his skill in his skin. |
