So, I would buy another cavalry commander, although I have Alfred, Roland and even Martel. Who should I get?

Well both are support Gens. Barbarossa is to give a extra unit (in my case normally give Defense Infantry) to your Principal Damage Gen. And Baldwin is useful to protect a Specific unit (Maybe Sacrificing Baldwin)
I find more useful Barbarossa.
I give you a Example: Alfred lose his Defense Infantry. You use Baldwin to save him. You pass turn. Baldwin Dies. the enemy Move and attack Alfred. Alfred Dies.
Barbarrossa: Alfred lose his Defense Infantry. You give him another. You pass turn. Alfred survive. Barbarrosa surely dies but who cares.
But anyways. The best and most smart thing is to buy both.

SWAGEON OF BULGARIA YEAHHHHH Oh. Um... He's better tham Martel, and is the 3rd best cavalry general overall. He also charges a lot. Or you could get Khalid, who is Roland-lite. Both are are better than Frederick and B*ldw*n in combat.

After using both for some time I tend to agree with 6Johnny23. Both Barbarossa and Baldwin have interesting tactical talents. But the main purpose of cavalry is to hit hard when you need it and where you need it (not to supply other generals or to play "seek and hide"). And Simeon is still the most reliable general in this respect. In campaigns we use cavalry produced in cities most of the time. The charge rate of such cavalry is significantly lower that that of Templars, Cataphracts or even Noble cavalry. So, Simeon's Outburst is really helpful in campaigns. Maybe in an ideal world where everyone has Templars lvl 15 Simeon's talents seem to be obsolete, but in a real world of f2p players Simeon has 3 extremely useful for campaigns skills.

Eventually, you can get them all since the current game offers enough medals. I'd recommend Simeon first if you still have lots of hero legends and treasure missions unfinished. He does well with Noble cav and can usually kill 1-2 enemy legions right at the start (with his skill and desperate wager for certain terrains). There are bronze generals who have Baldwin's skill so you can test how useful this would be. Stat wise, Roland is stronger than Baldwin and Barbarossa (unless you iap buy their items) so it's all about their active skills.

How about Lancelot? I know he is not only cavalry general, but he seems as amazing all arounder?

How about Lancelot? I know he is not only cavalry general, but he seems as amazing all arounder? There is only one serious problem with Lancelot. He is heavily dependent on the units he uses. You have to upgrade several archer units and possibly a melee cavalry unit up to a decent level to make him really effective. If you want to see how good Lancelot can command your current units - just test Aetius with different compositions. He is basically Lancelot-lite with worse stats. If his performance is unimpressive - you can hardly expect more from Lancelot. Such generals can't play a second role: either you build up a team around them, or you leave them alone for the time being. Such generals as Roland or Simeon are more versatile in this respect. You just give them any of available cavalry units and they should be fine.

Reliable more like dies when attacking for Swageon of Bulguria. This guy basically has no absorption what so ever, like an ISIS suicide bomber. I find Baldwin as the second most powerful cav gen. He can deal equal damage to Alfred if you place Immortality Crown on him. Plus you can give him two attacks when you use his ability. Plus charge Cav is kinda overrated in my opinion. Plus the meta for hard campaigns isn't charge cav, rather it is Cnut, El Cid, and Roland who actually can survive throughout the mission. In addition most spearmen are present within enemy stacks, which significantly hinders the abilities of charge.

Well, it is actually a player's task to keep his generals alive I personally can't remember when I lost Simeon last time. Every cavalry general including Richard is vulnerable when being attacked (Alfred and Roland have an edge though in this respect thanks to personal weapons). It is like in chess, every piece has its pros and cons and it is a task of a player to move them in a coordinated way. All that I know about Simeon is that he is a cheapskate who can trigger triple charge when I need it most. I value these two talents in campaigns more than many other things.

Simeon can have more absorption than the table at Operation Valkyrie if you use him correctly. B*ldw*n most certainly isn't the 2nd best cav gen. Or even in the top 5. Anybody rocks with Immortality. Everything that hinders Simeon almost applies B*ldw*n as well. B*ldw*in does well with an Immortality? Watch Simeon de better. Charge Cav is worse than melee (I know you said overrated but still let me prove my point)? Well sucks to be you, one of B*ldw*n's skills is useless. Dies a lot? Well, worry not! B*ldw*n can swap in Alfred while he heals/runs away never to be used again because no cities in this campaign. Oh... Alfred's dead. Spearmen to B*ldw*n? Nightmares with Square. Spearmen to Simeon? Do you mean Simeon fodder to Simeon? Because he can decimate them and run back.

I used immortality on Simeon the *Auto corrected* before Baldwin even came out. He was decent in conquests I will give him credit for that, but in campaigns he was *Auto Corrected*. The purpose of Baldwin is to switch with Alfred, when he takes too much damage. This way you can get three attacks or potentially four attacks. on the same gen with both Baldwin and Alfred. Plus Simeon's defense infantry expert isn't that good, as it hinders mobility and makes the stack more vulnerable to archers. Since, Baldwin has both melee and pole arm he can play both roles if needed. In addiction Baldwin has hero legend and Simeon doesn't. Unlike Simeon, Baldwin can get up to 100 capability points with immortality when Simeon can only get up to 60. And yes Simeon is a fodder, the man legit gets decimated when he attacks just a reminder, so he cannot run, he dies.

Barb is better but Baldwin allows me to do a 3-4 hits constantly and that's pretty great specially when there are many units on the field. Swapping is deadass amazing

Using B*ldw*n to switch out Alfred is an interesting premise, but getting him solely for that and putting him in the grossly overrated spot of 2nd best cavalry spot is crazy. B*ldw*n dies faster than Alfred because of no actual good F2P item and is just switch fodder. If you judge a general with HLs, then Arthur must be a god among men, and Fred surely is better than Roland. If you get him just for the hero legend, beside the objectives, Simeon will be of more use than B*ldw*n. Simeon charges a crap ton more than B*ldw*n and capability points aren't everything. A normal attack with Simeon will likely decimate the enemy, potentially leaving it alive, but hey, what is a unit with 10 HP left gonna do? Simeon won't die, and you can probably move him back, and if not, then he will live. Unless you have level 1 Lances attached. An attack with B*ldw*n is nothing to fear, and will likely save Alfred a turn to escape. A reminder that B*ldw*n's job in your description is to die/get mauled, but live and serve this use 1 time effectively. His charge cavalry skill is subpar, his melee cavalry skill is outclassed, his consul skill isn't really that good compated to any other consul skill, and Eustace and Baldwin III exist, who does the exact same job has him, for gold.
