Should i use my SoW to grind for genoese since i see they have good potential or just keep upgrading noble cavalry,wooden spearmen,woad rider and ravenna?

In fact, I haven't seen a single player with Genoese crossbowmen of high levels in Territory mode. So, you may be a pathfinder in this unknown forest  It is an interesting unit, but, my guess, not a priority for majority of players. andrei said he will upgrade all available units, so, it's better to ask him whether it is worth it or not... |

Imo it is the most difficult gold tier enlistment to obtain I assume it will be very good unit for players with Robin Hood, as they stuck with Woad. With Woad+Mamluk+Genoese Robin will maintain forest&mountain movement and will have good deff and firepower. If speaking about other gens... I can find place for this unit right now and consequently don't use it. But who knows... |

I have some idea for it though,would it be an effective anti mamluk/any high damage ranged units since it have 50% reduction in damage if stack in three?

Mamluke has dodge - you simply can’t damage them with shooting imo it’s probably a good unit, but no specific skills - archer is a bad archer killer. And we have conquistador with raid for all shooting issues |

Missed this go for Alfred raid and get Conquistadors save SoW for later or to get new level for Varangians / Noble sometimes easier to get 2-3 cards with souls to get level sooner than regular grinding can deliver |

I’ve replaced just 1 Ravenna lvl 9 with Conquistador lvl 4, and see 20-30% increase in damage very often

Mamluk's high dodge rate will void most of Genoese's counterattacks, and triple Genoese doesn't have much offensive ability. Also, Woad and Ravenna, the two units that need the most protection, are both placed in front of Genoese. Genoese is a good one for Robin, but for others I'm not really sure. |
