Should i buy Baldwin IV to replace my Khalid as my Best secondary cav or just stick to Khalid as my best secondary cav general?

Best f2p is Alfred, then Baldwin with a damage reduction item and purple horse is really strong.
The cheapest best charge cav gen for f2p is Baibars, but you'd need a reduction damage item too.
