The free general obtained from Genghis' hero legend and pretty decent, the lack of weapon obviously holds him back but his amazing skills puts him next to Roland when commanding melee cav imo. 4/5

Good in Campaign when you need to stay High Morale like in middle of dessert/Snowy, 4/5, but he lack of skill level and i think ET should Change him to Ranged general cause the bond with Genghis when it does 5/5.

He's a "free" gen locked behind an IAP gen's Hero Legend?
Genghis is apparently a 2-for-1 gen, I see.
Looks like a good offensive melee cav gen with one cav oriented atk buff on top of his melee cav atk buff. Good offensive combo.
Inspiration(?) will raise his / allied morale to max very quickly or minimise morale loss, unless everyone is already at max morale.
If he has Aetius' coveted skill, Forced March(?), one could've considered adding any ranged unit to his legion. Since it's not possible, you'll have to use 3Γ cav units for a total of 10-11 mobility.

A little insight is that he is unlock on Hard and could be obtained for free just like with Guinevere in Arthurβs hero legend.
