1. It increases the Attk of units who use long weapons.
2. 4 movements for the big cities Capital.
3. MM is better than CfR. it can heal any gerenals instead of yourself, and cure poison.

Same cav capacity (53), no item, triple boyar Cavalry, 2 units charge, Richard deals 820 damage and William deals only 738. And Pole arm mastery 3 give 10% damage boost, Cav tatician give 10%, equal to 11% damage bigger. |

All this time I put a lombardy Halbieder with 2 noble cavs cause I used to think it only worked on the Halbieders Thank you Yuanzhong for making me realize to put 3 noble cav |

i have him on phalanx spearman and varangian combo. i use him less and less though.
