Honestly though Phraates might actually have some use. The popular infantry generals use either Legionary or Woad Raider, and Phraates is the best of the other unit types. |

I am kinda hoping we get more opportunity for legendary armor. The current amount we have is limited. From non iap we get 1 from 7 day login 1 from new proof of honor levels 2 from new achievement reward With iap we get 3 from premium proof of honor 5 from Victoria gift pack This makes 12 total legendary armor My focus is on upgrading the units already recommended here, starting with elephant for my Hannibal. It looks we can only switch to the elite version once per level. So depending on how significant the boost to a elite unit is, in arena/epic war there is some consideration to use lesser generals if their unit type is not already in use. Like Phraates for Elite Guard as Erich von Manstein mentioned. I might get and invest in Li, especially if his crossbowman skill to attack again gets a decent boost. |

I think additional legendary armors are unlikely. PoH and Victoria will give just enough to upgrade all units. PoH alone is enough to secure almost all important units. Non-IAP players have to be careful though. Crossbowman's skill gets boosted from 10% to 15%. I didn't see many considering this bonus significant enough to make Li more competitive. He is a clear fourth non-IAP, as he has always been. |

Seems like lvl 6 of elite horse archers are bugged. The skill which gives bonus damage against cavalry isn't activating. I was testing the damage of horse archers against cavalry at lvl 5 and lvl 6 to see how much of a difference the skill boost gives. I noticed the lvl 6 horse archers give unusually low damage against cavalry. I saved right before upgrading the horse archers so I was able to reload the previous save and compare the numbers. Here is a normal horse archer  Here is a lvl 5 elite horse archer  Here is a lvl 6 elite horse archer  |
