Good title, fast, okay active. No weapon though. 4/5 stars at best, but I'm leaning more towards 3/5

Justinian wannabe: Not a good consul but is fast.
4/5, a general meant for archery with Rapid March.

Just buy Narses. He has unique weapon and force march too.

If the information about new 8 units is correct then we potentially have 8 new generals with special weapons. It can change the overall evaluation of generals drastically. I think waiting is the best policy right now.

expensive and worse than Nur Din. If you buy the 3rd ranged general, buy Narse and if you want to defend the city, buy Justinan

Pretty bad as of now, outclassed badly by many generals including but not limited to Narses, Nur Din, El Chad, and Justinian. I don't recommend him unless you want to make use of his bond. 3/5
