I have Alfred on 1 x noble cav lvl 10 2 x Templar knight lvl 4 cav lvl 10 El Cid on 2x conquistador lvl 1 1x Ravenna crosbowman lvl 6 Timur on 3 Ravenna crosbowman Alexios on 1 x noble cav 2 x Templar knight Roland on 1x noble cav 2x Templar knight Belisarius on x2 varangians guard 1 x Ravenna crosbowman Nevski 1 x noble cav 1 x Templar knight 1 catapracts lvl 5 Nur Din on 1 Ravenna crosbowman 2 Camel archers lvl 3 Aetius on 2 varangians guard 1 Ravenna crosbowman Frederick I on 2 knigths hospitalier lvl 2 1 Camel riders lvl 1 Baldwin on 1 noble cavalery 1 knigths hospitalier 1 knigths Templar Justinian on 1 Ravenna crosbowman 1 Camel archers 1Longbowmen Edward I on 2 noble cavalery ,what generals and units i ned now ? It is good to invest in imperial bow cavalery ?

which unit can be lvl12. you can see the difference at that level even tier 1.

templar hard to unlock and upgrade but worth it.
woad easy to upgrade
ravenna decent range unit
varangian good for me as f2p.

? Mamluks good for attack, and subutai is a good general even no unique item as stoic demonstrate, also the active skill is helpful in territory and expedition, like having lite Genghis to sunicas having lite Richard.

Give Woad riders for Timur and bonus from gems +5% dmg for Woad riders, Ravenna elite Crossbowmens for El Cid and bonus from gems +5 dmg for Ravenna elite CrossbowmensCrossbowmens, Nur Din and Subutai same setup as for Timur, Justinian and Martel same setup as for El Cid (or also as Timur, but better have 3 as El Cid and 3 as Timur, for Martel change conquistadors for his special unit). For Alfred and Aetius you need 1 melee cavalry with 11-12 movement, better Kheshigs, or best other, Hospitallers for example.

After you get Mongolian riders, you can change Woad Raiders, same with Imperial bow cavalry. Imperial bow cavalry + Mamluks + Mongolian riders it's one of the best combo.

You don't need new generals. Don't buy new ones until you improve those you already have. Nevsky is one of the best (if not the best) f2p cavalry generals in the game, but your Nevsky is very unimpressive. I understand it's because you simply don't have better equipment and gems, but with such generals it is very difficult to succeed. Don't try to improve all generals at once. Choose 3 archer generals, 3 cavalry generals and 3 Infantry generals and make them the backbone of your army. Buy equipment for them, upgrade their weapons and inlay your gems. Until they are ready don't spend medals on new generals.
