Based on image, a halberd is clearly counted. Based on description, however, it's quite vague.
Are all spears counted? Does it apply to all charge cav units? Or is it limited to specific units?

It applies to all charge cavalry and defense infantry I.e knight spear, long spear, and halberd. Also javelins don't count. |

Technically speaking it is more correct to use "lance" when we are referring to spears used by mounted warriors, but, I guess, ET doesn't make any difference between these two.
