Which are your go-to healers and generals who reset actives? Should I invest in generals that cost medals for these support roles?

I use Theodora almost in every campaign (together with Justinian, of course) but most of the time she stays in buildings increasing my income. Calmness is a good skill, but definitely not game-changing when on 4-5 turns cooldown. I haven't ever used healers in my campaign battles except for a couple of times to heal a key target we have to protect. Otherwise another battle hardened general is always preferable to a healer, imo.

I'm buy Antonina, but don't upgrade and use her.

I have a surplus of medals even after getting Nevsky during the update, so I got Caesar's Commentaries in the territory shop and got Matilda of Boulogne. This boosts her level 3 Calmess to level 4. She replaced Theodora.
Adil is my healer, but I could replace him with Eleanor of Aquitaine if I wanted a better healer, but I'm waiting to see if there is a level 3 healer in later updates.

Well, that simply means that Theodora stays inside cities and towns most of the time With good administration items she can add significant income boost to her already very useful bond with Justinian.

I got 2 healers: Antonina (fast healer with March) and Eleanor of Aquitaine (with a books > 3 turns cooldown). They heal and cure poison in a dire situation. 3 Generals with Calmness: Matilda of Boulogne (with a book> 2 turns cooldown), Caesar and Theodora. Matilda and Caesar follow Genghis Khan to harass the enemies, Theodora goes with Antonia and Eleanor.

the best calmness gen is : 1. Caesar (IAP) with his weapon, Caesar calmness skill goes to lvl 4 (2 turn cooldown) which is very useful, also he good at combat and has rapid march too so he can go far away to help your main unit. 2. Matilda the Boulogne she's good calmness general, with lvl 3 skill (also can be upgraded to lvl 4 with weapon that we can buying with coin in territory shop) good at combat, but not help pretty much, she lack of rapid march so she can't move too far
