This update makes the game completely a mess. So many IAPs, even more in future updates, and there’s completely no strategy left,.

Okey, so I will give my two cents:
One single new campaign of 8 chapters (x2 with Hard mode). No new conquests, sad, two updates in a row without adding the new announced one, which was announced 3 updates ago.
One new IAP Gen, pretty expensive but also very strong and cool looking infantry gen. His troop and specially his active skill are very strong. Both passive bonus buying him offers are focused on the new game mode, expedition. His unique weapon is obtainable in the new campaign.
Two non-IAP Gens with Hero Legends, Edward a top tier cavalry gen but with his unique weapon behind the paywall of proof of honor and Timur, a decent archer general with his unique weapon obtainable in the new campaign.
Two non-IAP Gens with no Hero Legends, but unique weapons, however both hidden behind the paywall of proof of honor. They're both good, with both having a solid active skill and decent passive ones.
You can now make some generals favourites, making them be at the top (instead of always be positioned according to current rank).
Inlay gems. Gems can be obtained with the new game mode (that will be unlocked in 2 days), Conquests and in Proof of Honor and in in-app purchases (fastest way by far to get them). Gems do provide stat bonuses, up to 3 can be equipped on each unique weapon, the first two slots being open by default, the last one unlocked upon weapon reaching level 10.
Gem combinations do provide some extra bonuses. Gems do have levels, the higher level, the bigger bonus it gives. Max level seems to be 5, but maybe its 10.
2 more top troops got the transfer feature. I'm not convinced by the Knight Templars one, even if it was free, but its expensive to unlock. Losing raw stats and 25% charge chance for 60% detour and a single skill change, which sometimes seems to even be worse... not convinced with this one. The aesthetics look cooler tho.
Territorial daily achievements increased. Do not claim them before updating, as you'll miss the extra content one day. More players to rotate on a daily basis, from 20 to 25, that's good, will reduce the need of save-scumming.
Conquests new achievements based on titles, which were also extended to all conquests (before they were on the first one), these give gems.
Minor tweaks on some war gear and bonds.
TLDR: IDK yet about Expedition, but this update took 40 days and just added one single campaign. There's some stuff on conquests to replay them to get some new achievement rewards, with almost nothing addressing the bad state of Territory... I hope its not another 40 days till the next update as this again brought quite little to play if you were already up-to-date, but I think its gonna be the same. I hope Expedition is good.

I just realised in a game about Mediaeval Europe. The top tier units are not even European. ET must give us a filter, for unsort this new "T6 super units", which added for get money from SEA region. As I say earlier, any units from 7-9 century are max T4, even Chinese. For example, crossbow camp can't be better Ravenna Elite Crossbowmen which T4, they can be only T3, just some better Frank axemens, of course they can't be at same position with conquistadors, dragoons, musketeers. If ET don't understand their base players, maybe hackers after release can make from this p2w garbage normal hack mode to play. Multiplayer based on conquest mode it's a dream. PS. Gems are also added only to get your money.

Some new unique weapons and some new units for future generals. PS. 2 top charge cavalry generals in European wars, will be from China, it's all about logic from ET.

We will see some early skirmishes in Europe but on round 2, we will be seeing China invading Europe from North Africa, Eastern Europe and a big landing fleet on the west. Objective will be "Survive x rounds", x depending on the stars of your faction, because ofc Europe is doomed and China will take over.
Idk how much they're getting away from European business in an European game just to get more Chinese presence, and ofc they won't be weaklings, but superior to all the European nations. Tier 6 troops and top generals, Julius Caesar next to them is a pleb. Funny, but idk what they're smoking.

About which reefs they talking about or in next updates we get ugly weather and reefs at the sea like in gcr. PS. Better at open sea lose rnd 1-5% of troops every turn, it's more realistic.

About which reefs they talking about or in next updates we get ugly weather and reefs at the sea like in gcr. They've been in for long. Travelling at sea cost 4 mobility, reefs cost 5. Having this ship means you can go over them ignoring that extra mobility point on every reef. You can see a bunch of these in conquests, and sometimes in Campaigns. They don't offer combat bonus like they do in GCR.

Timur is by no means only a decent archer gen. He is the best archer gen by far. His Imperial Archers counter Mamluks perfectly by decreasing dodge rate by 60%. His ability is extremely potent against Templars and Mamluks. Additionally, he can reach 150 archer points. There is not archer gen in game that can top him.

How often do you see Mamelukes or Templars in PVE? Almost none, so useless point you give me here, as this game so far its mostly PVE. You can still use it on non-merc charge cavalry and archer cavalry.
In territory, the only current PVP mode, you may see it. But if they have Mamelukes and Templars, normally its best to skip and keep on searching for an easier win.
With his weapon upgraded so that this skill is lvl 2, its still once every 3 turns and for a single enemy troop to which he must be on range. Templars reach up to 90% charge rate, Mamelukes up to 80% dodge, so 50% off doesn't mean they won't charge or dodge, just that its less likely. It works best on troops that are closer to that 50% charge rate.
Without gear besides his unique weapon, he reaches 113, which is impressive indeed. And I missed the "unable to move" from his active skill, which is a plus. That first review was without trying him, he is v strong after trying him, and a big plus is that you don't have to pay for his UW.
