It is well-known that the company has been fined for their introduction of Japanese conquests of China in some of their previous games (GoG Pacific, WC4), but I don't see any restrictions in this respect when we are talking about Medieval history. Yet, there are huge gaps in EW7. A casual f2p player who hasn't purchased Genghis Khan wouldn't even know that Mongol Expansion changed the Medieval world forever  . I am actually shocked that such a tempting and prosperous market as India was ignored completely too. Compared to many existing in the game generals Babur was a real genius . Where are wars between Timur and Golden Horde (huge event in scope and implications), where are Russian Principalities, where is PolishβLithuanian Commonwealth? Where is Invasion of Mongols in Japan, where are Nobunaga Oda, Toyotomi Hideyoshi, Tokugawa Ieyasu, where are Christian Daimyo? So many gaps... |

This game is call "European war 7" for a reason, if only they make a Asian version of this game that would be really cool, damn I want my country and my homies in SE Asian in the game, especially when the Mongol Invasion |

I want to know witch general it will be and also if thereβs a new unit and more weapon I don't know about the new equiment, but my guess is that this update have like 2 more new Legendary generals 1 with The of Roses theme like Edward IV or Henry VII and they new unit-the one show in the login bonuses, and 1 Chinese generals possiby Li Shimin or Hengdao's generals and 2-3 more Golden General, mostly War of Roses theme gen also |

This game is call "European war 7" for a reason, if only they make a Asian version of this game that would be really cool, damn I want my country and my homies in SE Asian in the game, especially when the Mongol Invasion Well, in previous "European wars" we've seen American War of Independence and American Civil War. In EW 6 1914 there were playable South American states such as Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Cuba etc. In EW5 there were many campaigns outside Europe. |

So instead of the 395 WRE/ERE campaign that was teased since forever, we got this ahistorical bullcrap... There are so many interesting scenarios out there, why settle for this huge map with literally zero connection to history? For every region in Europe there is at least one important event that will never make it because of "haha me see big map, me like":
Iberia: the reconquista that lasted about 6 centuries with tons of twists and turns
Central Europe: where is my Charlemagne??
ERE: 4th Crusade
Northern Europe: Christianization of Scandinavia and the Baltic Crusade
Eastern Europe and the Steppes: I mean... where is my MONGOL invasion? How about the wars between Russian princes and the Golden Horde?
I guess I will auto through each "country" and be done with it, but I probably don't have the heart to watch as my Byzantine Empire finish conquering "the Greeks". Yikes.

Yikes. agree, they also promise the rise of arabia. the 4th crusade, and wheres my russian states? it still hurts me when i see byzantine empire. which must be called eastern roman empire. wheres my historical map??? i got a inaccurate world map... soon there might be aliens or monsters... feels like gcr: great conqueror time. eastern empire must be chinese. where japanese... i want to play Yoshitsune hero legend |

I'm really worried about future games. This is... Extremely terrible.
Oh yeah, and I can't wait for the update where they add dragons and other mythological creatures and then you have to go and save Europe from them!

All players should be happy, shouldn't they Time to settle the question of whether the Eastern Roman Empire is just a Greek empire or not, and the results are... Is that modern-day Turkey with Roman-held Levant but different? Also, where is Brittany / Bretons? They've been on almost every map and survived. Perhaps they were too OP and had to be deleted by ET? |

It is extremely difficult to discuss this map from scientific point of view It is just a hodgepodge of different epochs and cultures. Some of them are purely an imagination, such as "Easterners" mentioned above. |
