What do You think about gems system guys? Doesn't look like combos are good. Lvl1 extra skill, hmm. Whether it is better than +15% damage with 3 red gems or to increase specific stat ability with 3 same color gems. Rapid march combo could be useful though. Damage boost doesn’t work against cities. However raw capability points add attack and defence everywhere. I’d invest only in capability points. As for now, considering my limited resources I gave a naval skill (+15%) to my Saladin (couldn’t find any better, even if it’s not that bad)and raw archer points to Timur. In the future I want to add speed March (don’t remember the name whether it’s correct or not) to El CID and Timur

Tried conquests for new achievements. Now it is not possible to avoid events to trigger. Earlier it was possible to win conquest even without triggering any of the events. Now they changed the conditions and in case You are close to win the hegemony before the event trigger time limit it will trigger anyway. Like in viking invasion conquest I was about to kill one of the last viking unit at turn 14 in order to avoid the arrival of the viking fleet and it triggered right after killed it. I suppose there were just 3 left. I killed one and the event triggered. Same with Denmark appearance. At turn 18 I killed the one of the last viking units and Denmark was unlocked 2 turns earlier. Now I can't beat my earlier turn related records

Way too straightforward for absolutely every country. Consequently, less fun.

Who are these "we" who need that? I completed the gems achievements of the 1st era. It is enough. Why the heck do I need Ostrogoths? Yack!

Yack! to those want to hegemony points for Proof of conquest using auto clicker they use ostrogoths. for manual and rush, use western roman empire about 1hr and 14-22 turns.

I hope that the ability to get leaders without collecting medals will be added like european war 6 1914 That's going to be great in european war 6 1914 So you can get some good leaders for money and resources.

But You already can. Bronze generals are for coins not for medals. The real power are units and it's level, not generals. Of course premium and gold are better. But any properly equipped gen with maxed units in the legion will do.

Erich von Manstein, do You know whether transferred units count as non-transferred if speaking about unique item bonus or not?

I managed to ally Vikings at turn 15 It was actually possible to do it earlier. Before the arrival of the fleet. You just need enough resources in time. My goal was Germanic Empire achievement but I decided to try whether bribing will work or not. So technically it is still possible to win the hegemony in Vikings conquest before triggering the events.
