Because of the lack of monster enemy units that need to be debuffed using the Actives of Nevsky ot Li Jing. He has the strongest total skillset but he lacks that debuff. In addition, he's fast as pie, which also helps a ton in conquests. |

Most of best generals are p2w, even if you can buy them for medals, you can't get their unique weapon, because they use paywall for this weapon.  |

But who else can so easily get charging cavalry expert lvl 4? man i just bought nevesky and now this guy comes... well do you think is he worth it for me atleast i got alfred nevesky and roland update came at a bad time for me, i wont have time to try him for a week. you can use save load to try out his skill, max him, use different builds and just have fun with him and if you decide you dont want him just load and get your medals back. playing is playing, might as well try gens you dont intend to keep or are unsure of yet.  the real problem is that we can not "just try out" iap gens. xD |

This guy makes Simeon look like a joke. All of his skills are superb, but his active is worded interestingly. Do you lose the 25 morale for 1 turn or does the enemy? If the enemy does, than he may be the best charge cav.
