A question about certain units getting DMG dealt +5% by using combinations of gems:
We know that a maxed out unique weapon does not give 10% + 20% DMG dealt, only 20%.
But I presume the 5% from gems are added to the 20%,making it a total of 25% extra DMG?
And I also presume the extra 5% goes to the entire legion just like the 10% or 20% does?
