Hi guys! So I had a little side project going on recently and... uhm well It's not as high as it can get, but I didn't want to use golden equipment. My question is - what's administration useful for? (Aside from reducing policies cost). Its info says that it "Increases General Administration" and "raises local economic income", but I failed to notice any of these 2 effects (and they should be decent with 160 administration)

But if he is left - all effects are gone as well. So these generals are better used to defend critical cities.

But if he is left - all effects are gone as well. So these generals are better used to defend critical cities. I am also sure that administration will be valuable for the release of Li Shimin

stoic, No, you're wrong, the effect is valid when it's in a city or on the territories belonging to that city. The effect can be added with a larger number of generals. City income without general Income of a city with one general outside the city walls Income of a city with a large number of generals who are stationed in the fields belonging to the city.

Thank you guys, this explains why I didn't see the difference in the city. I'm going to try to do a pacifist conquest in the future and this info is going to be very helpful!
