Excuse my idiocracy but I am not able to understand the cloud save process. Can anyone explain it to me?
Ironically I have lost my game progress twice while trying to save it. This I require your help on it.

This I require your help on it. Thank you There are two opinions there - upload (arrow upwards) and download (arrow downwards). Let's assume you are willing to save your current progress. Then you "upload" it to cloud. If something went wrong and you want to restore your save - then you "download" it from cloud. There is only one "file", so to speak. Each time you upload your data, this file is overwritten. Just be careful with two opinions and you should be fine  |

Also till what campaign can we go on with the free generals Difficult to say, they changed many things since the game was released, so old players won't help you much. On the other hand, you are in more favorable position than many of us. Try to buy generals with unique weapons and special chapters: Alexandr Nevsky, Alfred the Great, Cnut the Great, Basil II, El Cid, Timur as soon as possible. Justinian is very helpful in conquests. |

Good day gentle men. I have reached the chapter of Viking invasion. Should I buy Alfred the great now or later Alfred is one the best f2p cavalry generals in the game. He has an excellent weapon (damage reduction/cavalry points) and a special chapter. He is one of the few generals who can make use of War Elephants since he has a "Rapid march" passive skill. And his active ability is extremely useful in many campaigns because we have plenty of very thick walls in some of them (Especially late in the game). Plus it is possible to unlock one of the two excellent skills for a cavalry general with gems (Charge cavalry expert - two purple gems lvl 3 and one green gems lvl 3 - or Cavalry tactician - 2 purple gems lvl 3 and one red gem lvl 3). No-brainer, actually |

The final question. I have sent your posts on ew5 and know that you love budget teams. My question is that can you possibly reach discovery age with only blue generals? If so then I would like to start a new game. In my first run I reached discovery age but came up short on resources and plans due to heavy investment in purple generals thus this question. Only the best blue and the free ones counting the free tavern generals

You have to visit EW5 threads often and seek advice from Iron Duke, our leading expert in the field. He played EW5 more often than any other living person on earth  |

Btw, one advice... Don't play two ET games simultaneously. It can be exhausting and time-consuming. Tho only one exception is when you has reached a certain point in the game and there is no much to do. Otherwise it is very easy to lose a touch with one of these games, or even with both... |
