My guess all units will have the 5th skill sooner or later. Probably low tier units get it faster.

I hope they let us choose the 5th skill of each unit, of course not every skill, each unit should get one from some skill that not make them OP. But this a lota work for them to balance the game out, so it’s just my hope.
