1) all of the forum rules applies here
2) no requests for hacking or help for hacking
3) strictly modding only
NOTE hacking is not the same thing as modding as those are two DIFFERENT THINGS.
4) if you want a mod you should do it by yourself, but if you don't understand how to mod and or you simply can't learn simple JAVA and hexadecimal system then you can ask and not request if somebody could please do a mod.
5) no rooting and related stuff here for that we use xda-developers.com

Think Satin will agree to all that? I'm sure he's in agreement with the principle of the thing, but it's kinda presumptuous to tell people that they would be banned for doing something that wasn't written officially into the forum rules yet for the most part, not all.

It is all bound to forums rules and Saltin did agree on something like this only if forums rules are applied. |

I've been working on a tad... is it possible to replace unit graphics in EW4? I've been working on a new Hessian Mercenary model for the Hessen faction and as changed Militia for Britain.

You have to change it in the picture as the game takes the pic as a base for every situation. Oh and they must be in the same coordinates in the picture or you will get faulty view of units |

I mean some of these rules should be guidelines, but not a rule where if you break it you should be banned.
The Rules and what I think of them:
First Rule: Duh, of course. If you break a forum rule, you should be banned or at the very least warned.
Second Rule: Yes, you should be banned or at least warned for hacking or wanting to hack.
Third Rule: Ehhhh, you know how this forum goes...a thread about Jobs can turn into a thread where everyone claims they are part of some secret government force. You can't be banned for going off topic, but we can strongly encourage staying on topic.
Fourth Rule: Kind of ridiculous, tbh. I mean you should be banned for just requesting a mod should be made? I say we encourage the creation of mods, but requests are allowed.
Fifth Rule: Idk what rooting is, if you could explain, id greatly appreciate it.
