the skill is hard to use as it have 8 turns cool down/ resets when kill enemy with skill. its has potential but lost.
splash skill < archer/cavalry commander.
use the skill if the enemy legion is 100 less(normal moral) 150(low morale) 200(shattered morale). still depends on maximum strength of enemy.
